AurOnGold is an online platform offering 24KT (999) Fine Gold Coins and Gold Bars through transparent purchasing options, including Easy Monthly Advance Payment (EMAP) plans.

We offer 24KT (999) Fine Gold Coins and Gold Bars in 1g, 2g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g and 100g weights, subject to availability.

EMAP (Easy Monthly Advance Payment) allows eligible customers to pay for gold through a 12-month or 24-month advance payment plan.

The gold price is normally locked on the Booking Date after the first EMAP payment is successfully received.

Yes. You may complete your plan before the selected tenure. Early completion does not change applicable charges unless AurOnGold announces a specific offer.

You may miss up to two monthly payments, provided they are cleared before the end of the plan. Missing more than two payments may result in cancellation as per our policies.

PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are mandatory. Additional documents may be requested where required by law.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments or another authorised payment gateway. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed using authorised payment gateways with industry-standard security measures.

After successful completion of all requirements, delivery is normally completed within 7–10 business days, subject to operational conditions.

Yes. Eligible shipments are sent using secure and insured delivery services.

No. Depending on stock availability, AurOnGold may supply either a gold coin or a gold bar of the purchased weight.
